Through Advent’s partnership with Broadridge, Axys and APX users benefit from integration to Broadridge’s internet-based ProxyEdge® product. ProxyEdge is the industry's most widely used electronic voting tool and is utilized by over 4,000 institutions worldwide. ProxyEdge provides electronic ballot delivery, online proxy voting, integration of vote research and recommendations, and SEC compliant reporting and record keeping. Integration available through our partnership allows users to automatically reconcile share positions between ProxyEdge and Axys, or APX enabling users to identify missing ballots, missing proxy material and ballot level share discrepancies.
