Description
LVM is seeking a team-oriented individual with relevant experience to join our experienced LVM staff. The Operations and Business Solutions Manager will have day-to-day oversight responsibilities of outside business partners tracking and posting portfolio transactions and maintenance of portfolio groups. This position will provide support to the portfolio manager team, the financial planning team, and directly to clients. The ideal candidate will have “technical aptitude” for software and file sharing. Candidates with background or experience in streamlining business processes with automated solutions are a plus. Candidate will successfully complete the Advent Axys Training program including Advent tutorials and certifications in performance posting. Participation in Advent Users Group regional and national meetings is encouraged. Establishing collaboration and communication with Trading Manager, Office Manager and CSSI are vital to this position.

Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to work in a team environment, supervise tasks to completion, interface and communicate with clients and other professionals in a calm and professional manner

Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office

Superior organizational skills with the ability to see the big picture then prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently or with a team

Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must

Ability to effectively relate to others.

Ability to function as a member of a team dedicated to quality customer service, the ability to stay focused under pressure and prioritize workload in order to manage time

Prior experience in investment, financial planning or related field is a plus

Education:

College degree or applicable experience
