APX + A Simple Electronic File Cabinet = Efficiency

Two of the reasons we migrated to APX three years ago was 1) to have one application where the relationship managers (RM) could have access to virtually all of their client’s information including scanned documents and 2) the ability to generate collated reports that could be saved in the client’s electronic file cabinet. A couple of years prior to APX, we began scanning everything and moving it into our network in an electronic file cabinet that mirrors our old file cabinet structure (see Figure 1)...
